Luther Classical College seeks a full-time Director of Advancement to lead and manage the organization’s development and marketing activities, with a focus on maintaining support from existing donors, growing the donor base, and pursuing leads for major gifts to help accomplish strategic goals. Luther Classical College seeks a College Registrar to join the organization’s growing Academic Affairs Department, managing student records as the Admissions Director recruits the first cohort of students for the Fall 2025 semester, and as college enrollment increases thereafter. Dean of Chapel
Luther Classical College seeks a Dean of Chapel to join the organization’s growing staff, overseeing daily chapel, coordinating a regular series of “Christian Culture” events (i.e., Bible studies and workshops for Theology 181, 182, 283, 284), and providing mentoring, counseling, and private absolution to students as needed. The Dean of Chapel is to be divinely called as an assisting pastor at Mount Hope Lutheran Church, serving especially the college but also the whole congregation with Word and Sacrament. Faculty
Luther Classical College, opening for its first cohort of students in August 2025, seeks several faculty to join the organization’s growing academic staff, collectively teaching courses across numerous disciplines, with a special focus on the freshman courses needed for 2025–2026, while also positioning faculty hires for long-term suitability as the college progresses toward full enrollment (freshman through seniors, by 2028–2029).
